Exchange - Can be done for an unused item and must be exchanged for something Scarlett Tippy Toes currently has in stock. The return and costs will need to be arranged by yourself. You have up to 21 days after purchase to exchange due to change of mind.
Please note, if you have purchased an item as part of a discount special such as 'Buy One, get X% off the second item' which you are then wishing to exchange, the discount applied will be allocated across all items purchased within the special to determine the value of your exchange.
Example - We have a promotion for Buy One Hat, Get the Second for 50% off.
You purchase two hats at $20 RRP each. You get a discount off the second hat of $10. This gives you two hats for $30. If you choose to exchange Hat A, even though the hat cost $20, we will offer a exchange value of $15. This is the RRP price of the hat less 50% of the discount which your received. As you have used the discount code in a bundle, the discount value is allocated to all items purchased in the bundle, not just the item that the final discount has been taken off.
Refunds are on a case by case basis and this will not occur for a change of mind. We are happy to offer a credit note for change of mind purchases, however you will need to notify us within 21 days that you intend to return for a credit note. Once the product is back in the possession of Scarlett Tippy Toes, it will be examined to ensure it has not been used or removed from the packaging.
Any items deemed to be used will not be eligible for an exchange or refund (this includes the removal of tags or packaging)
Refund will only occur for the faulty items in the transaction that was completed. We will not refund other items within the transaction that have not proven to be faulty. If all items in your transaction were faulty then we will also refund shipping costs. If only some items in your transaction were faulty then the shipping costs will not refunded as the shipping costs would have had to still be incurred to receive the other products. If it is determined that an item is faulty and it needs to be returned to Scarlett Tippy Toes, the postage costs will be borne by us, however a refund will not be issued until the item is received.
Scarlett Tippy Toes prides itself on selling quality products. If you deem the item to be faulty (with the exception of general wear and tear) please contact and we will determine a solution on a case by case basis.
Items listed on this website are current stock on hand. We do not sell any products on a pre-order basis.
On occasion, we will offer our customers discount codes which may be a storewide sale or on exclusive products. These discount codes may be available publicly or to an exclusive audience (such as, but not limited to, our mailing list, certain groups on Facebook and/or Instagram). If you make a purchase during a time and there is a discount code that is valid that you do not apply, for whatever reason, we are not able to backdate the discount via a refund.
