Exchange - Can be done for an unused item and must be exchanged for something Scarlett Tippy Toes currently has in stock. The return and costs will need to be arranged by yourself.
Refunds are on a case by case basis and this will not occur for a change of mind.
Any items deemed to be used will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Scarlett Tippy Toes prides itself on selling quality products. If you deem the item to be faulty (with the exception of general wear and tear) please contact and we will determine a solution on a case by case basis.
Items listed on this website are current stock on hand. Backorders (items that are currently on their way to Scarlett Tippy Toes), will not be listed on website. If there is something you would like ordered please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org We will work with you to determine an appropriate time-frame and hold the incoming item for you. A small deposit may be required to do this.
Due to the nature of some items - delivery timeframes are an estimate and there can be delays to this due to forces beyond our controls such as, but not limited to, customs clearance, unpacking at warehouse and postage delays. If the delivery timeframe exceeds ETA, Scarlett Tippy Toes cannot be held responsible for this. We will continue to be open and communicate this with you but cannot be held responsible for forces beyond our control.
If you purchase an item that is currently on hand, please allow 1-2 weeks to have it reach the shipping address. We will endeavor to post all items within 2 business days of purchasing but postage timelines are beyond our control.
We use Australia Post & Sendle Couriers. The use of both services ensures that we are able to deliver Australia-wide and offer the lowest postage price.
For some small items (such as some of our teething products), untracked envelope postage may be selected at the checkout. This will reduce the cost of shipping, however this selection is to be made at buyer's risk. It is strongly recommended that tracked shipping is selected. This does come at a higher cost but tracking ensures an investigation can be raised if the item is lost in transit. If you do choose the lower cost envelope cost without tracking an investigation may not be able to be completed if the product goes missing in transit. We will also not be held responsible for any untracked items that go missing. This level of postage is at buyer's risk.
Standard Postage is capped at $10.00 regardless quantity of items ordered. If you require express postage or have a special request - please let us know. This may cause postage costs to exceed cap if a special request is required.
If you would like to save on postage costs - free pickup can be arranged in Cairnlea (postcode - 3023). This has to be at a time agreed with myself. I will not leave items unattended so please only choose this option if you are flexible with pick up times as I work part-time and have commitments with my family. It is suggested that you e-mail before placing an order if you would like to take up this option.
