IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COVID-19 SHIPPING

*As of 20th April, Australia Post have temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee. Express Post will continue to remain the fastest postal delivery option and Express Post will be prioritised but they may not be delivered by next business day* 

*COVID-19 Shipping - At Scarlett Tippy Toes we continue to ship orders daily from Melbourne. Please note that Australia Post is experiencing significant delays due to the need to maintain Social Distancing, the sheer volume of parcels currently in the network & a significant reduction in the availability of passenger flights. Shipping Delays are beyond the control of Scarlett Tippy Toes. If your parcel has not arrived after 10 BUSINESS days, please contact us and we will follow up for you. Transit times are expected to be delayed due to the above.*

All products sold on the Scarlett Tippy Toes website are in stock in Melbourne and ready to ship. If on a rare occasion we sell an item as a pre-order, this will be specified in the product title and first paragraph on the product.

If you order any other products with a pre-ordered item they will all be shipped once the pre-ordered product arrives. 

We will endeavour to post all items within 3 business days of purchasing but postage timelines (once your parcel is with Australia Post) are beyond our control. In 80% of cases your item is shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks to have it reach the shipping address. This is based on timelines provided by Australia Post and is beyond the control of Scarlett Tippy Toes. 

During sales periods, please allow up to five business days for your order to ship 

Standard shipping - Australia Post - for this shipping option we use Australia Post Standard Shipping only. You are welcome to use PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

Our express option will be sent via Australia Post only. Express shipping relates to the postal service used only. It may still take up to 3 business days to pack your parcel. Express shipping does not move your order up our packing queue. 80% of our parcels are sent within 2 business days. 

Please note, we are based in Melbourne. Therefore, please keep this in mind in relation to Victorian public holidays as these do not get counted towards the 3 business days. 

All items, regardless of size, will be send via tracked post. You have the option at checkout to select standard or express. 

Standard Postage is capped at $9.95 regardless of number of items purchased & Express is capped at $15.95. 

Please ensure you check all details on your order before checking out including name, shipping address & e-mail address. Parcels are sent to the shipping address as per your order. We are unable to take any responsibility if you enter the shipping address incorrectly as we will ship based on address provided.
