Local Pick Up

At Scarlett Tippy Toes we offer pick up in Cairnlea (3023) during selected hours on weekdays. 

• When you are placing your order on our website use the code LOCALPICKUP. This will remove the shipping charge for you and also alert me that you would like to pick up your order. This code can be used in conjunction with any other codes we may have available at the time. You will just enter the codes one after the other
• Please ensure you leave a mobile number on your order. Once your order has been packed, I will send a text to arrange a pick up time for you to collect your order

A few things to note:

• Scarlett Tippy Toes is NOT a physical store. Products are not on display so we are not able to have anyone browsing our product range
• I am the sole person running this business. This does mean that it can take up to 2 business days for your order to be ready for pick up. I will always aim to be quicker than this but unless you have spoken with me prior to placing your order please allow for the 2 business days. I do get some customers wanting to pick up within 1 hour of placing an order. Whilst I would love to be able to do this my time is balanced between my work and my kids so this is not always possible.
• Pick up times are by appointment. I know we are all busy but it would be greatly appreciated if you can keep to this. If for some reason you can no longer make it, please let me know
• No pick up times will be available on weekends. I am happy to accommodate early mornings (we are up early here!) or evenings during the week BUT I need to set a firm boundary and weekends are my family time.
• Parcels will not be left unattended for pick up under any circumstances
