At Scarlett Tippy Toes we have a great range of products from We Might Be Tiny that can be used to create fun recipes in the kitchen.
What makes We Might Be Tiny products so great?
We Might Be Tiny products are made from food-safe & BPA free silicone. Silicone products can go in the fridge, freezer, microwave & oven (up to 230c). They are dishwasher safe as well so cleaning is a breeze! That means the same product can be used on hot summer days to create cool treats in the freezer or during the chilly cold months to create food to warm your belly.
The sky is the limit with what you can create with our range of We Might Be Tiny products. Below I will showcase three of the products in the range and share a delicious recipe for each product. Hopefully this will provide some inspiration as to how to incorporate the We Might Be Tiny range in your kitchen.

We Might Be Tiny Rainbow Gummies
Ingredients
Green
5 sticks of celery
1.5 green apples
3 tablespoons gelatin
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red
100g frozen raspberries
125ml filtered water
3 tablespoons gelatin
3 tablespoons gelatin
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Orange
2 large carrots
1 navel orange
3 tablespoons gelatin
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Each of the above groups will make approx. 16 mini poddies. If you use the ingredients as per above this will make two mini poddie trays. Half all above ingredients if you would prefer to make one tray only.
Method
For each colour you will use a blender to juice the following
Green juice - celery & apples
Red juice - frozen raspberries & water (you may need to sieve after juicing to remove seeds)
Orange juice - carrots & orange
Once you have juiced each colour, pour your selected coloured juice into a small pan over a low heat. Slowly add the gelatin to the pan with the juice. Allow gelatin to absorb and them stir gently for five minutes until mixture is hot & runny.
Add maple syrup & vanilla and stir to combine. Pour mixture into mini poddie tray (taking care as it will be hot) and allow to cool for five minutes before putting into the fridge to set.
If you are wanting to make a multi-layered poddie with different colours you will need to allow each layer to set before commencing with the next colour. Allow to set for at least 2 hours. Gummies can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
